Cancellation Policy

If one wishes to cancel his/her/their order, the request should be made before the order gets shipped. If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be allowed. For a complete refund, the cancellation should be acknowledged and permitted by the concerned team.

Cancellation of order shall be made through the mail with Subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to info@dailyhabitat.in, in the following format;

Cancellation shall be initiated only after a formal order cancellation request received at info@dailyhabitat.in  

Cancellation and refund can only be requested in case of service failure. The concerned team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund, and the decision of the management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer. DAILY HABITAT is not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.

For prepaid orders, refund amount will reflect in customer's bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on the bank.

DAILY HABITAT holds full authority to change the cancellation policy from time to time to provide a better shopping experience. The customer is requested to read the updated policy before placing an order to avoid miscommunication or confusion.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.

In all matters concerning cancellation, DAILY HABITAT shall have the deciding hand.
